Nicholas Reinhart was killed Tuesday, July 30 on Alexis Road if front of the Dollar General in Toledo after a drunk driver struck him while he was on his bicycle and drove off.
55-Year-Old Kenneth Pegler of Temperance has been arrested and charged with aggravated vehicular homicide and not stopping after an accident. Both charges are second degree felonies, his bond is $100,000 and he’ll be due back in court on August 15.
Nick Reinhart was a 30-year-old father of three, loved BMX bike racing, and playing baseball. Family will receive friends at Castillo Funeral Home at 1757 Tremainsville Road Wednesday, August 7 from 3p until 7p, funeral services will be held Thursday, August 8 at 11am.
